Current availability

There are no released Dolo.exe mods to troubleshoot yet. The support workflow below describes the information a future verified release may require. Product-specific diagnostics will be documented when available.

Start with a clear report

• Product name and exact mod version.
• GTA V edition and game build.
• A short description of what you expected and what happened.
• Repeatable steps and whether the issue happens every time.
• A list of related mods and any recent changes.

Protect your data

Back up save files and configuration before making changes. Do not delete career progress to troubleshoot a membership or entitlement issue. Never include passwords, session cookies, private license tokens, or personal payment information in a report.

Account and licensing issues

The Phase 1 sign-in, linking, and license screens are previews. They cannot verify a Patreon subscription or activate a product. A preview message does not indicate an issue with a real account.

Report an issue on Discord

Product help and bug reports are handled through the official Dolo.exe Discord. Use the support page's Join Discord action once the official invite is configured, then follow the community's guidance for posting your report. No report is sent from this website.
